India Update

May '06 Update regarding Healing Room Trip to India

MUMBAI INDIA

There were many trials along the way as you may suspect. It took so long to get there, we lost a whole day
and did not find it until we returned home. God's favor surrounded us all the way there and back. Each
team member had 3 or 4 seats to themselves on all four flights. We truly felt protected, and that we were
riding on your heartfelt prayers, what a blessing you are to us! There were many signs and wonders, and
miracles.

During the first week of April 2006, members from the San Diego Healing Rooms, directors Dan and Sarah
Shepler and Ron Durham, along with team members from the Kansas City Healing Rooms, traveled to
Southern India.

They went to train workers and establish the Healing Rooms in India. The headquarters for training new
healing rooms in Mumbai (Bethel Healing Rooms of India) has been completely renovated with new paint,
walls and AC. We thank God for His best.

When we arrived the renovation had just been finished. Praise God! We celebrated the grand opening and
held a ribbon cutting dedication ceremony with great joy and they are now open and many are coming for
healing.

We also opened three new Healing Rooms in the slums of Mumbai: Dharkhadi, Mumbai-Bhandup, and
Mumbai-Kurla, which are going to be under the Bethel Healing Rooms in Mumbai.

During the meetings and trainings there was evidence of numerous healings. Many lives were visibly
transformed and changed with the Father's blessing. One lady came that had severe stomach pain for
many years and was healed, proclaiming she is now totally pain free. Several pastors reported that they
received clear words from the Lord for those they prayed for. The pastors also received joy and real
revelation that these words were true when they meant something substantial to those they prayed for.
Another person came that had Spinal Stenosis with years of severe back pain and left totally healed!

Attending the first healing school were 32 pastors and 36 leaders from five States of India. There were many
more in our four day healing conference. These people were representative of 18 groups of churches.

They were all in the unity and agreement that there needed to be a healing room in every church in India!
They believe God's plan to reach all of India is this: People will come into the Healing Rooms and God will
heal them. Then the team members will lead them to the Lord. Next bring the new believers into church,
disciple them, and then together they will reach their entire nation!

This is the perfect timing of the Lord for India. We are not only believing that India will have numerous
Healing Rooms but are already seeing the Lord establishing this vision with India's first new healing rooms
just opening.

The plan is that Bethel Healing Rooms will be teaching the Healing Room model for everyone to come and
see and learn. Bethel is a three story building which not only houses the Healing Rooms, but has many
other rooms. They are self contained and have living spaces for the directors, workers and students as well
as classrooms for teaching. The most important thing is that the leaders and workers at Bethel have a
vision for all of India.

The local Healing Room team in India has several prayer requests:
1. The need for raising up ministry teams composed of volunteers.
2. Trainings for ministry teams on a regular basis.
3. Funds and ability to print of all the Healing Room's literature in the
local languages.
4. Buildings, churches and places to start new healing rooms.

We also did a day of presentation for the members of Women's Aglow of India that was over the top. The
response for volunteers in all the meetings was tremendous and they agreed to pray for the work in all of
India. As a direct result of the training times that were held, over 100 came and were gathered
at times during these meetings.

With the help of your prayers we opened eight Healing Rooms with potential Healing Rooms in all of India
coming soon. Healing Rooms will be in both main line churches, along with many more in the villages, and a
total of 30 or more within the next two months!

The multiplication is happening so quickly that we are overjoyed and overwhelmed. The vision for healing in
India is unlimited and the need is great. Pray to the Lord for more workers to be sent into this harvest field!
